Terms in plain language
A refundable key deposit of $180 applies. Deposits and renewal, all set out in the published terms.
Boxes have a weight limit. Something larger or heavier — a painting, a substantial silver holding, your own safe, or a secure cage — can be arranged; ask us when you visit.

1Come in
Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm, as often as you like. No appointment needed to visit your own box — though book ahead and we will be ready for you.
2Verify
Biometric entry, photo identification, and two keys to open the box — yours and ours, together. Only you, and one other person you have named, can access it.
3Take your time
A private room, for as long as you need. What is in your box is your business.

What does a safe deposit box cost in Adelaide?

What can I keep in a box?
Almost anything that matters to you — documents, jewellery, coins, bullion, small heirlooms. The exceptions are liquids, and anything dangerous, perishable or illegal. The full list is in the published terms.
Who else can access my box?
Only you, and one other person you have named on the box. That applies to individual, joint, business and trust accounts alike. Every visit needs your keys and photo identification.
Can I store gold and silver I buy from you?
Yes. Gold and silver you buy from us can go straight into your box, without leaving the building.

Yes. Vault Australasia is an independent Australian company, affiliated with the Commonwealth Vault Group, which has operated vaults in New Zealand since 1998. Adelaide is our home.
